Après avoir obtenu son diplôme de vétérinaire à l’Ecole Vétérinaire d’Alfort, le Dr Levy a débuté sa spécialisation par un Internat en Médecine et Chirurgie Interne des Chiens et des Chats à l’Ecole Vétérinaire d’Alfort en 2003.
Il a ensuite effectué un internat Européen en reproduction animale et a également été impliqué comme clinicien en urologie-néphrologie au sein du Département de Médecine de l’Ecole Vétérinaire d’Alfort jusqu’en 2007.
En 2006, il prend la tête du CERCA (Centre de Recherche et Cliniques en Reproduction Animale des Petits Animaux, ENVA). En 2007, il est diplômé du Collège Européen en Reproduction Animale (ECAR-EBVS dipl.). Il a été élu au conseil d’administration de la Société Européenne d’Élevage de Petits Animaux (EVSSAR) de 2010 à 2016. Le Dr Lévy a été Président du Groupe Vétérinaire dédié à la reproduction, l’élevage et la sélection génétique des petits animaux de 2012 à 2018 (GÉRÉS, AFVAC). Depuis 2019, le Dr Lévy est élu Vice-Président des Affaires Européennes et Internationales de l’Association Française Vétérinaire pour les Animaux de Compagnie (AFVAC). Le Dr Lévy est le représentant français des associations FAFVAC, FECAVA et WSAVA.
Depuis 2004, le Dr Lévy est impliqué dans le programme scientifique du CRESAM. Il a contribué activement au développement de la première technique d’insémination intra-utérine non invasive pour les félins sauvages : guépards, léopards, tigres et lions.
Depuis 2011, il est co-responsable du comité scientifique du CRESAM. Le Dr Levy est l’auteur de nombreux articles scientifiques et ouvrages vétérinaires reconnus en langues française et étrangère.
Le Dr Levy est un leader d’opinion dans le domaine de la reproduction des carnivores. Il est invité chaque année à de nombreux congrès internationaux pour donner des conférences, des travaux dirigés et des travaux pratiques.

After graduating as a veterinarian from the Alfort Veterinary School, Dr. Levy began his specialization with an Internship in Medicine and Internal Surgery of Canines and Cats at the Alfort Veterinary School in 2003.
